ALL SALES FINAL, no exceptions. If an item is faulty, we may do a one time exchange or a one time discount for a new product, which will be applied to a product less than or equal to the sales price of the item. If the new item exceeds the sales price of the exchanged item, managers will approve a discretionary value of the exchanged item to be applied as credit to the new item, and the remaining balance must be paid.
